Local Delivery

During the COVID-19 emergency,  we are offering delivery options to serve you as best as possible while allowing you to stay home.

For customers in Toronto (and area) we have a new option: Local Delivery.

How it works:

Place your order as normal
Choose "HT Local Delivery" as the Shipping Option (for the applicable area)
Put any relevant info for delivering to you in either the notes or Address Line 2 (Which door? Which doorbell? What Buzz Code? Best drop spot?)
Our driver(s) depart at approximately 6pm to deliver to you (If you are in Toronto and wish to receive on a specific day make a note of that too)

Note: Please ensure the phone number associated with your account is correct and up to date. If you are ordering for someone else and/or need to put a different phone number for a specific delivery only, please put the phone number in the notes. We may need to call to assist with executing the delivery.

Delivery Area

Toronto including East York, York, North York, Etobicoke, and Scarborough - all postal codes that start with an M (e.g. M1A 1A1) (excludes Toronto Island)
York Region - Between Steeles Avenue and York Route 73 (Rutherford/Carrville/16th) - includes Postal FSAs L4J-L4L L3R-L3T L6G L6P, and part of L3R & L4B
York Region - Vaughan, Richmond Hill, and Markham, north of York Route 73 - includes Postal FSAs L4H (partial) L3L L6A L4C L4E L4S L6C L6E L3P, and the rest of L3R and L4B
Durham Region - Pickering and Ajax - Includes Postal FSAs L1S-L1Z
Mississauga - Includes Postal FSAs L4T-L4Z, L5A-L5W

Delivery Schedule:

Toronto: 7 Days a Week
Vaughan: Thursdays
Richmond Hill plus Thornhill (between Bathurst and the 404*): Fridays
Markham: Mondays
Pickering: Fridays
Ajax: Fridays
Mississauga: Mondays

*Thornhill between Yonge and Bathurst (part of L4J) is served Thursday and Friday, Thornhill between Yonge and the 404 (all of L3T) is served Monday and Friday. Customers in these areas may choose either day.

Note: All delivery drivers depart at ~6pm on each applicable day. (During Provincewide Shutdown and Curfew: as early as 5:30pm)

Bonus: We can also pickup buylists from the same areas on the same schedule, for a flat $3 deduction (unless you are already getting a delivery). Submit your buylist at hairyt.crystalcommerce.com/buylist and request a pickup in the notes there. (Suspended during Provincewide Shutdown and Curfew)

Terms and Conditions
A surcharge applies for each pickup/delivery (forgot something? Make the delivery method on the second order Pickup and leave a note)
Orders must be placed and paid for by 4pm for same day delivery (orders after this cutoff are delivered on the next delivery day for your area)
All products are eligible for delivery
We can only deliver to residential addresses, and businesses if they can be reached from street level (No PO Boxes and no office towers, sorry)
Preorders may have a different delivery schedule on release day
There are no exceptions to the above delivery range
We cannot be held responsible for deliveries stolen off your property once we have delivered them. We will take every reasonable precaution to safely and securely drop off your order.
