Toronto is moving to "Grey-Lockdown" this Monday, March 8th.
While we are excited to see you again we will not be reopening immediately on Monday. Early next week we will be making some major and exciting changes to our webstore!
Due to these changes, the webstore will not be operational on Sunday, March 7th.
Please stay tuned for more information on the webstore and when our doors will be opening to the public.
Next Monday, February 15, is Family Day in Ontario, a similar Public/Statutory Holiday in other parts of Canada, and Presidents' Day in the US. There will be no local deliveries on this day. Curbside Pickup is unavailable on this day. If Toronto is no longer in Grey-Lockdown or Provincewide Shutdown, the store will also be closed on this day.
Orders to ship placed after 12 noon on February 12 will not ship until Tuesday, February 16. Orders in transit during the holiday will also be delayed.
Effective Thursday, January 14, 2021, at 12:01am EST, the latest provincewide curfews and lockdown restrictions take effect. As such, we strongly encourage staying at home, and using our Local Delivery options (now extended to much of the GTA). Delivery days with a large number of preorders (Including January 29 and February 5) may have earlier delivery times to adhere to curfew restrictions. In addition, we are suspending the option to have buylists picked up for the time being. Buylists must be mailed or dropped in our mailbox.
This Friday, December 25, is Christmas Day. There will be no local deliveries on this day (Service has been added for Christmas Eve to Vaughan, Pickering, and Ajax). Curbside Pickup is unavailable on this day.
Orders to ship placed after 12 noon on December 23 will not ship until Tuesday, December 29. Orders in transit will be delayed at least 2 additional days due to Christmas Day, as well as the observed day for Boxing Day.
Additionally, Friday, January 1st is New Year's Day. There will be no local deliveries on this day either, and orders placed during Boxing Week will require an additional day in transit. Curbside Pickup is also unavailable on this day.
Due to the just announced lockdown for Toronto and Peel Region, the store will be closed to walk-in business starting Monday, November 23, until further notice. All orders must be placed and paid for online. Curbside Pickup, Shipping, and Local Delivery will remain available during lockdown.
For customers using our buylist, we will not be able to take same-day trades. All buylists must be submitted online, and may be mailed, dropped in our mailbox during Curbside Pickup hours, or you may schedule a pickup by one of our delivery drivers during their routes.
Monday, October 12, 2020 is Statutory Holiday in Canada, and also a holiday in the US. Orders to ship will require extra time in transit, there will be no deliveries on this day, and the store will be closed.
With a second wave of outbreaks in Toronto and Area, we have once again suspended all in-store play. Our store hours have also changed to reflect this, as we are once again open from 12pm-5pm, 7 days a week. Note that we will be open until 9pm on Friday, September 25, to accomodate the release of Zendikar Rising. We are continuing to offer our HT Local Delivery to virtually all mainland addresses within the City of Toronto, as well as Curbside Pickup (Parking on Yonge Blvd or Deloraine Ave) concurrently to In-Store Pickup.
Monday, September 7, 2020 is Labo(u)r Day, in both Canada and the US. Orders to ship will require extra time in transit, there will be no deliveries on this day, and the store will be closed.
Our promotions for free shipping to the US and Canada with a purchase of $100 or more before tax will be coming to an end at 23:59 UTC (7:59pm Toronto Time) on July 31.
This Wednesday, July 1 is Canada Day. Orders to ship will require extra time in transit, there will be no deliveries on this day, and the store will be closed.
